These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at altastaffing.ca (the "Site"), owned and operated by Griffiths & Moreau Agency Inc. (operating as "ALTA"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
- "ALTA" / "Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to Griffiths & Moreau Agency Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Quebec, Canada, operating as ALTA.
- "Site" refers to the website accessible at altastaffing.ca and all content, features, and functionality available through it.
- "Services" refers to the informational content provided through the Site, including descriptions of staffing services, and the contact form through which visitors may submit inquiries.
- "You" / "your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Site, or the organization on whose behalf such individual is acting.
- "Web3Forms" refers to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), the third-party form processing service used to route contact form submissions to ALTA.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site in any way — including browsing, submitting a contact form, or following a link — you confirm that:
1.You have read and understood these Terms;
2.You agree to be bound by these Terms; and
3.You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization and have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, references to "you" in these Terms apply to that entity. ALTA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Nature of the Site — Informational Only
The Site is a marketing and informational website. Its purpose is to describe ALTA's staffing services and to allow hospitals and diagnostic imaging professionals to submit inquiries.
The Site does not:
4.Create any contractual relationship between you and ALTA regarding staffing, employment, or placement;
5.Guarantee that ALTA will accept an inquiry, respond within any particular timeframe, or provide any service;
6.Constitute an offer of employment, a staffing agreement, or a contract of any kind; or
7.Guarantee the availability of any technologist, modality coverage, or placement.
Any staffing or service relationship between you and ALTA is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement entered into between the parties.
4. Contact Form and Form Submissions
The Site includes a contact form that allows visitors to submit inquiries. By submitting the contact form, you agree that:

9.You are submitting the form voluntarily and understand that submission does not create any obligation on the part of ALTA;
10.Your submission will be processed and transmitted to ALTA by Web3Forms, a third-party service. By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your data will be routed through Web3Forms' systems, which are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policy; and
11.ALTA will use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ALTA is not responsible for any failure of form delivery caused by technical issues, spam filters, or errors in the information you provide. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please contact us directly by email.
5. Acceptable Use
By using the Site, you agree not to:
12.Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, or federal law or regulation;
13.Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form;
14.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems;
15.Introduce any virus, malware, Trojan horse, or other harmful code to the Site;
16.Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site;
17.Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam);
18.Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site; or
19.Attempt to do any of the foregoing.
ALTA reserves the right to block access to the Site for any visitor who violates these Terms, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, copy, brand name, wordmark, logo, design, photography, graphics, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of Griffiths & Moreau Agency Inc. or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
20.Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Site without prior written permission from ALTA;
21.Use the ALTA name, wordmark, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent; or
22.Modify or create derivative works based on any Site content.
Linking to the Site from an external website is permitted provided the link does not misrepresent ALTA or its services, and does not imply endorsement where none exists.
7. External Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. ALTA has no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party website, and assumes no responsibility for them. Visiting a linked website is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content available through it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Griffiths & Moreau Agency Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
23.Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
24.Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on the Site;
25.Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and
26.Any warranty that the Site will meet your requirements or produce any particular result.
To the extent that applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, those warranties are limited to the minimum scope required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Griffiths & Moreau Agency Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

28.Any content on the Site or decisions made in reliance on that content;
29.Any staffing, employment, or placement decisions, whether or not influenced by information on the Site;
30.Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content on the Site;
31.Any failure or delay in the transmission of a contact form submission; or
32.Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if ALTA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability; in such cases, ALTA's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Griffiths & Moreau Agency Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
33.Your use of or access to the Site;
34.Any information you submit through the contact form;
35.Your violation of these Terms; or
36.Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at altastaffing.ca/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.
13. Miscellaneous
37.These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ALTA with respect to your use of the Site.
38.If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
39.ALTA's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
40.ALTA may assign these Terms or any of its rights and obligations hereunder without restriction.
41.Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
42.ALTA shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, communications outages, or force majeure events.
